A person was hit by another car and thrown in front of the Cruise. Then it stopped and dragged her while trying to pull over. The DMV says Cruise hid that.

Brad, I think you were one of the few who got to see the video from the incident with the pedestrian. From your comments before on Reddit it did not seem like you knew that the robotaxi had dragged the pedestrian under the car for some feet. It appears as if Cruise is being dinged for not showing the video in its totality. I wonder if you did see this part of the video at the time, or whether you, too, only saw part of it. E

I explicitly asked to see only the beginning of the video, so Cruise is at no fault for not showing me it. Others did not make this request, though.
The problem is that they should have volunteered that the dragging happened, led with it, it's the most important thing about this event, other than the the core fault is with the other driver. I talked about dragging. They should not have left out the most important part.
