I live in that little wedge of Sunnyvale around Maude and Mary included in the service area. Seems like an odd boundary, maybe has something to do with Linkedin HQ?

I also just signed up for Peery Park Rides, a free ride hailing service run by VTA covering NW Sunnyvale to the downtown. Operates only 7am-7pm M-F, so not all that useful to me. Then there is the Mountain View shuttle, and SV Hopper covering parts of Cupertino and Santa Clara. All these islands of transit seem wasteful. Can't they all get together and join up? What are they trying to accomplish?
